The Waffle One is without a doubt one of Nike's most innovative new designs, bridging the gap between vintage and current style. The shoe's second appearance will feature a color scheme inspired by the popular Air Max 1 "Curry." The colorway bears a lot of parallels to the aforementioned, albeit it isn't quite uncanny in its likeness. To begin with, the color combination of "Cider" and "Twine" closely matches the food-inspired hue; they're even balanced out in a similar way, with white and its creamier offshoots adorning the Swoosh and sole adjacent. Furthermore, there is a hint of blue on the upper, though it is much more subdued here. This Curry-inspired Nike Waffle One gets an official look right here. Within the next few months, sizes should be available on Nike.com and at select stores. Nike Waffle One "Curry" Release Date: 2022 Color: Cider/Twine-Lemon Drop-Light Bone-Game Royal-Pollen Mens: $120 Style Code: DO2380-200
Notre has risen to popularity in the boutique retailing industry in recent years for its superb product curation, but their identity is rooted in community. Their previous partnerships have demonstrated the concept of teamwork, and their current mission is driven by the tagline "There are many ways to do things besides your own." For their next footwear collaboration, they've linked up with Vans for a third time, this time focusing on popular cafe beverages that we normally consume while socializing. The famous side-stripe on the OG Style 36 LX is transformed by Notre, who embroiders their handshake logo into the embroidered stripe (as seen on their OG Old Skool LX and Notre Dunks). This logo is placed on top of three different suede builds: matcha green, espresso brown, and a light grey teal (with navy hits). The full set will be released on February 3rd, 2022, through Notre Dame; check out the official photos below.
Since its comeback in the shoe business, the Nike Dunk has had a plethora of colorways. Sneakerheads all over the world have enjoyed a variety of colorways with themed features over the last two years, some in commemorative designs and others that are just plain simple and lovely. And while we're on the subject of sweets, the Nike Dunk High "Chocolate" just dropped, and a closer look at the shoe reveals that it can't be any sweeter than it already is! The iteration has a high-top profile, which gives the heels and ankles more support. Unlike its "Light Chocolate Sail" counterpart from last year, which had milky hues, this premium leather rendition has darker brown tones. The shoelaces, Nike Swoosh emblems on the lateral and medial sides, and the full-length midsole underfoot, all of which are in a pure white gradient, are the only pieces that add a flash of contrast to this delicious configuration. The Nike Dunk High "Chocolate" is an absolute must...
