Nike Releases Commemorative Sneakers In Honor Of The NBA's 75th Anniversary

To commemorate the NBA's 75th anniversary, Nike has collaborated with the league to release a collection of sneakers. Because the two have been partners for a long time and have collaborated on numerous projects together, it was only natural for Nike to join in the celebrations. The pack will include an Air Force 1 and two Blazer iterations, as well as the possibility of a Dunk Low, which was teased earlier this year.

The first is the Air Force 1 “Fiesta,” which is made of quality leather and is inspired by the 1996 All-Star outfits, which are widely regarded as the most distinctive basketball jerseys ever. Each shoe includes teal and yellow Swooshes, as well as luxury details like diamond embroidery on the tongues and lace dubraes. Multi-Swooshes on the heel tabs round off the appearance.

Next up is the first Blazer variation, which pays homage to the Portland Trailblazers' signature black, white, and red color scheme. The NBA emblem is included on the heel this time, along with multiple counts of 75th anniversary branding. Finally, the Blazer "New York Knicks" has traditional color-blocking that immediately brings to mind the renowned squad.

You'll have to wait a bit longer to get your hands on any of the sneakers from the upcoming NBA x Nike 75th Anniversary bundle, since no official release dates have been announced.
