Nike's "Wanderland Pack" Proves That Four Pairs Are Better Than One
When it comes to special sneaker colorways, daringly bold collaborations, and Japanese exclusives, you can always count on atmos to deliver. It's colored the Swoosh in some of its best finishes over the years; who can forget the Air Max 1 Safari Pack?
Not one, but four Nike silhouettes are included in the latest Japan-exclusive. The Wanderland Pack features colours that are reminiscent of the 2014 Nike Escape Pack and features the Waffle One, Air Force 1, and Air Woven.
Unfortunately, there are no "Elephant" or "Safari" prints in this collection, but that shouldn't deter you. The color palettes employed in the pack inspire a sense of the wide outdoors, wanderlust, and the spirit of adventure, as the name suggests.
The silhouettes picked for the "Wanderland Pack" highlight the fact that no two journeys are same.
The Air Woven, a 2000s favorite that was reissued in 2017 as a reminder that comfort is paramount, is first on the list. The silhouette is contentious because it's lightweight, elastic, and woven, but its open-top design and colorful finish make it a terrific seasonal companion.
When it comes to the Air Force 1, the pack prioritizes weather protection. The AF1's traditional leather upper is retooled once more with GORE-unrivaled TEX's protection properties, this time in a woodland colorway.
The Waffle One, which has become the go-to replacement for those looking to join in on the LDWaffle action, completes the "Wanderland Pack." This one is dressed in a sandy beige with brown, purple, and blue contrasts, giving it an old-school ACG flavor.
