Travis Scott Wears The Previously Unseen Nike Air Trainer 1 Mid "Cactus Jack"

When it comes to Nike collaborations, Travis Scott is no stranger. With his highly anticipated Travis Scott x fragment design x Air Jordan 1 Low releasing this week and a five-colorway Nike Air Max 1 range set to release later this year, the man never stops. With that said, La Flame has been spotted wearing the previously unseen Travis Scott x Nike Air Trainer 1 Mid "Cactus Jack," and we're getting our first look!

The Air Trainer 1 Mid, one of the Beaverton brand's most underappreciated silhouettes, was designed by the legendary Tinker Hatfield all the way back in 1987. It's well-known for being the footwear company's first cross-training model, with a midfoot strap and an encapsulated Air unit down below.

Scott's rendition of the iconic pair is done in an earthy color scheme, with dark brown panels wrapping around the heel and toebox. In the same way that the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 High from 2019, a backwards Swoosh graces the lateral and medial side panels, while the back is debossed with "CACTUS" branding in a Hajime Sorayama-style font. Finally, the midsole is made of gum rubber, which completes the look.

Because this is the first time we've seen the Travis Scott x Nike Air Trainer 1 Mid "Cactus Jack" in the wild, we don't know much about them. Keep an eye on us for more information as it becomes available, and let us know what you think of this upcoming collaboration!
