The New Balance X Joe Freshgoods 990V3 Is Available Now

We've been waiting for the New Balance x Joe Freshgoods 990v3 Outside Clothes to drop for months, and we're overjoyed to see it finally arrive. New Balance partnerships have been extremely good in 2021, but this one may be the finest yet. The design will be available on September 10th, but you can get your hands on a pair now at StockX.

Last year, you undoubtedly swooned over a New Balance x Joe Freshgoods partnership. In collaboration with New Balance, the designer released the No Emotions Are Emotions concept in 2020. The huge popularity of the colorway has inevitably led to a new cooperation between the two companies.

The New Balance x Joe Freshgoods 990v3 Outside Clothes foregoes the vibrant reds and pinks of last year's edition in favor of a more muted color scheme. Outside Clothes is based on a fundamental blue mesh and uses earth tones as its primary colors. Brown suede overlays set the tone for a mostly brown sole unit, with bright green accents on the heel and top eyelets.

Joe Freshgoods explained that lockdown indirectly inspired the latest design: “I didn’t realize until last year how much the act of being outside had played a major part in my career. Sometimes it takes something being taken away from you to realize what it means to you.” The 990v3 Outside Clothes' neutral earth tones also make it a useful style tool for the fall transition.

The New Balance x Joe Freshgoods 990v3 Outside Clothes has a retail price of $220, but a simple check at StockX market data reveals that the price has moved significantly. The design has a 78 percent price premium with a 12-month trade range of $299-$1085 and an average sale price of $570.

Since its comeback in the shoe business, the Nike Dunk has had a plethora of colorways. Sneakerheads all over the world have enjoyed a variety of colorways with themed features over the last two years, some in commemorative designs and others that are just plain simple and lovely. And while we're on the subject of sweets, the Nike Dunk High "Chocolate" just dropped, and a closer look at the shoe reveals that it can't be any sweeter than it already is! The iteration has a high-top profile, which gives the heels and ankles more support. Unlike its "Light Chocolate Sail" counterpart from last year, which had milky hues, this premium leather rendition has darker brown tones.
