The Nike Air Max 90 Has Been Given A 'Cotton Candy' Update
Nike has given the Air Max 90 a 'Cotton Candy' makeover, drawing influence from sweetness. The pair will be released in the fall of 2021 and will be primarily light in color.
The Air Unit in the sole is one of the most well-known features of the forthcoming pair. It all began in 1987 with the debut of a new Nike model. It was the first sneaker to expose the Air Unit in the sole, and it was known as the Air Max 1.
The Air Max 1 was a huge hit and has been utilized as inspiration for a variety of versions throughout the years. On the Air Max 90, the Air Unit is also present. This piece is surrounded with a blue accent on the Cotton Candy. The midsole is white, yet the shoe is finished off with a blue outsole.
Furthermore, the model includes an upper that combines various hues of pink and blue. The silhouette's foundation is constructed of mesh and is outfitted in a white jacket. Beige overlays, made of leather, are put over the mesh.
A pink Swoosh can be found on the center panel, and a pink Nike logo can be found on the heel tab. Finally, a blue tag with the Nike emblem printed in pink can be seen on the tongue.
Unfortunately, no official release date for the Air Max 90 'Cotton Candy' has been set, although it is expected in the autumn of 2021.
