Only 200 Pairs Of The Malbon Golf x New Balance 997G Collaboration Are Available

There are much more designers on New Balance's collaborative team than you may expect. Stephen and Erica Malbon, co-founders of golf-inspired lifestyle company Malbon Golf, join fan-favorite designers such as Teddy Santis, Ronnie Fieg, Joshua Vides, and Todd Snyder.

Those who enjoy golf will have no doubt noticed the duo's 997G offering, which was released earlier this year. This time, they'll be returning to the Malbon Golf x Fresh Balance 997, but in new colorways.

The golf-ready 997 is available in two understated color palettes: "Black/White" and "Grey/White," both of which are made of sports mesh and weather-resistant leather. Traditional New Balance branding elements are retained, but are supplemented by Malbon Golf themes such as the script logo on the tongues and heels. Last but not least, a golf-ready gum rubber outsole completes the athletic style.

The Malbon Golf x New Balance 997G collaboration is limited to only 200 pairs of each color and will be available on the Malbon Golf website on November 18th.

Ronnie Fieg, a New York-based footwear and apparel designer who also owns KITH, is one of the industry's most regarded figures. Fieg is well-known for his numerous collaborations with virtually every brand, and today he took to Instagram to showcase his latest collaboration with ASICS. The Gel-Lyte V silhouette will be used by KITH and ASICS to honor their ten-year partnership.
