Take A Closer Look At The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Turtle Dove" & "Oxford Tan"

Ye conducted a rare interview to Forbes in 2019 about his collaboration with adidas. In it, he spread out hundreds of Yeezy samples around a Calabasas parking lot and discussed his creative vision and future plans. While the bulk of these shoes are unlikely to release, we're now getting a closer look at two colorways in particular that caught our interest, especially the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Turtle Dove" and "Oxford Tan."

The "Turtle Dove," as seen through the eyes of sneaker insider @james e morgan, has a strong similarity to the "Zebra," but is built on a clean beige foundation, just like the original version from 2015. Black lines traverse the length of the Primeknit upper, while a massive stripe with inverted "SPLY-350" lettering runs down the lateral side. You'll also discover 3M laces, which allow you to flex in low light.

The "Oxford Tan," on the other hand, takes a more simple approach. They have a dark cream colorway and resemble the "Sesame" that was just restocked through the adidas app. Surprisingly, a single line of stitching runs over the rear heel tab, creating a striking contrast that is likely to attract attention.

While it's reasonable to assume that the adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Turtle Dove" and "Oxford Tan" will never see the light of day, seeing what could've been is fascinating.
