The Nike Dunk Low Scrap "Black Gum" Comes In A Subdued Colorway

Nike's ever-expanding Dunk collection shows no signs of slowing down, with new additions to the release schedule. After collaborating with Virgil Abloh's Off-White for the "Dear Summer" collection, the silhouette evolved into Scrap, which is currently available in a Nike Dunk Low Scrap "Black Gum" colorway.

The design maintains a low-top profile for simple wear, but the extra oddly-shaped covering panels glued from heel to toe contrast with the original configuration. Mesh is used on the lateral and medial midfoot plates, while suede accents are used throughout for a subtle touch of premium deliciousness.

In terms of color, the panels go for a blacked-out look with lighter bits of grey thrown in here and there for contrast. The gum rubber outsole beneath the foot, which provides more durability and grip than your regular Dunk, completes this Virgil Abloh's Off-White "Dear Summer" look-alike.

Whether you like this material-heavy Dunk or not, the Nike Dunk Low Scrap "Black Gum" is certainly one of the greatest iterations ever.
