Stockholm Welcomes Adidas Originals' 'City Series'

The adidas Originals 'Stockholm' has been a must-have for 'City Series' collectors since its introduction in the 1970s. The sneaker's blue and yellow color scheme is inspired by the Swedish flag. The 'Stockholm' has returned.

The silhouette is making a comeback after the launching of the 'Stockholm' GORE-TEX pack in 2017. The model was the first adidas sneaker that wasn't made for sports but for everyday use. The classic silhouette is clad in GORE-TEX material with the two models 'Blue' and 'Burgundy' from the GORE-TEX bundle. This is not the case in the future pair, as the model is made of suede.

The sneaker is dressed in a bright blue top and comes in the original colorway. On the central panel, there are three yellow adidas stripes. The Trefoil emblem can be seen on the heel tab, which is likewise yellow. The word 'Stockholm' is engraved in gold on the central panel. The brown sole completes the shape and gives the shoes a rugged look.

The tongue is constructed of synthetic materials and features remarkable embellishments. It has the same blue color as the upper and has a braided design. The adidas Originals logo is also printed in black on the tongue.

On December 17, 2021, the adidas Originals 'City Series' Stockholm was released. The sneaker may be purchased from HIP Store.
