The Nike Air Flight Lite Mid "Scottie Pippen" Comeback For The First Time

If you're a Chicago Bulls fan, the news that Nike is bringing back the Nike Air Flight Lite Mid "Scottie Pippen" for the first sneaker in 30 years will have you completely overjoyed. The iconic sneakers, which were first worn by the Bulls star at the 1992 Summer Olympics, have always been a classic and will no doubt be just as popular this time around.

The Air Flight Lite Mid is a lesser-known model that was designed for performance basketball back in the day. The shoes are dressed in a traditional white and red colorway that nicely captures the retro vibe, and we wouldn't be surprised if this release comes with limited-edition packaging to honor Scottie Pippen.

The uppers appear to be made of fine leather, with red Nike Swoosh insignia on both the lateral and medial sides, cushioning and perforations around the ankles, a patterned sock liner, and Scottie Pippen's signature logo printed on the insoles among the highlights. A full-length Nike Air midsole adds to the comfort of these kicks, completing the package.

The Nike Air Flight Lite Mid "Scottie Pippen" has yet to receive an official release date, but we should expect them to arrive in early 2022.

Since its comeback in the shoe business, the Nike Dunk has had a plethora of colorways. Sneakerheads all over the world have enjoyed a variety of colorways with themed features over the last two years, some in commemorative designs and others that are just plain simple and lovely. And while we're on the subject of sweets, the Nike Dunk High "Chocolate" just dropped, and a closer look at the shoe reveals that it can't be any sweeter than it already is! The iteration has a high-top profile, which gives the heels and ankles more support.
