The Air Jordan 1 Mid GS 'Amethyst' has been teased with the first pictures. The release date for this sneaker is unknown, although it is slated to arrive later this year.

The new Air Jordan 1 Mid features a leather upper. Black is used for the collar, Swoosh, lacing eyelets, and front overlays. White is used for the central panel and toe box. The color of the rear overlays stands out more as a result of this.

The color on the back overlays is called 'Amethyst' by Nike. These purple overlays are made of cloth and come in a variety of colors. The black Wings logo is right above the ankle.
