The New Balance 992 "Wheat" Is As High-End As They Come
New Balance's top models are usually constructed of a mix of suede and mesh materials, such as the New Balance 992, which has gained more traction than it has in the past year thanks to high-heat collaborations. The New Balance 992 "Wheat" doesn't require a mate in this new version—as it's premium as it gets on its own.
The low-top design keeps its shape but ditches the customary mesh foundation in favor of suede, which is covered in an earthy tan tone from heel to toe, including the midfoot "N" emblems and tongue and heel branding.
The sharp black internal lining and TPU heel clip, as well as the dual ABZORB/ENCAP midsole underfoot in off-white, provide a burst of contrast to the monochromatic upper, ensuring comfort doesn't take precedence over elegance. If you're a die-hard New Balance fan, these 992 should be a no-brainer.
The New Balance 992 "Wheat" is now available at a limited number of retailers throughout the world.
